Group Therapy

Find the strength within a community and join a counseling group. Group counseling can be a great fit to feel less alone while you work to better yourself. Each group is facilitated by a licensed professional that is focusing on the group's shared goal. With that being said, each group can look very different depending on goals and the facilitator. We will work with you and professionals to ensure that you are put in the group that works best for your needs. 

Postpartum Support Group

Our support groups provide an understanding space for individuals to share their experiences, seek advice, and find comfort in knowing they're not alone in their struggles. We offer support for postpartum stress, adjustment to parenting, Baby Blues, and postpartum depression/anxiety and OCD. We integrate mindfulness tools to empower parents to navigate these experiences more effectively. This supportive community makes a significant difference in the well-being of new parents

Social Skills Group

Social skills groups are here to provide you with the opportunity to practice skills in a safe and welcoming space. Because of the pandemic we know that socializing has been difficult and some of our skills have not been practiced. We wanted to provide a space for you to practice and receive feedback on how to continue to flourish in all your environments.
