Family Therapy
Family therapy is a great way to start understanding how more about yourself in relationships and about your family members. With the support of a licensed professional, you and your family can work on common goals. Communication and be difficult, but that's why these licenced clinicians are here to support you.
Family Therapy
A family therapy approach allows you to meet with one of our counselors and design a plan that is best suited to fit your needs and busy schedules. When working with this approach, the belief is that mental health is a team effort and your family members are your teammates.
This is an opportunity to address family structures that may no longer work, and/or build on the skills to improve and maintain the mental health of all involved. Family therapy can involve different pairings or full group work in order to accommodate family’s schedules.
