Shelly Holland ( She/Her)

Hello, I'm Shelly Holland (she/her). I earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University (formerly the California School of Professional Psychology).
I work with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating big life changes, anxiety, relationship issues, and much more. I provide counseling through a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, and work with clients through sociocultural and systemic lenses.
Some of my therapeutic modalities include internal family systems (IFS), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and emotion-focused therapy (EFT). I'm currently preparing for training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR).

Hello, my name is Daniela Portillo and I am a Bilingual Associate MFT with a Master’s in Counseling and a concentration in Expressive Arts Therapy. I work with a diverse population including children with neurotypical and neurodiverse backgrounds, adolescents, adults, and families.

My name is Emily Hur (she/her) and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.I work with children, teens, adults, and families with a variety of needs and issues, such as anxiety, depression, emotion-regulation, stress management, and more. I tailor my approach based on the needs of the client, and utilize a client-centered and collaborative approach while incorporating techniques from a variety of modalities (ex. CBT, art modalities, DBT, play- therapy).

I specialize in working with children and adolescents struggling with anxiety and depression and helping couples reconnect with each other through improving their communication and connection with each other.
