Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a great way to start understanding more about yourself in relationships and about your partner(s). With the support of a licensed professional, you and your partner(s) can work on common goals. Couples Therapy 

Couples therapy is an opportunity to put your relationship first, address how your individual needs can be accommodated, and improving communication with your loved one(s).  Couples therapy can involve both joint and individual sessions to better understand the the needs of the relationship and developing skills to maintain its health. This is the time to revisit your goals as unit, and exploring what’s most important to your futures together.

Family Therapy 

Family Therapy is an opportunity to address family structures that may no longer work, and/or build on the skills to improve and maintain the mental health of all involved. Family therapy can involve different pairings or full group work in order to accommodate family’s schedules.

This approach allows you to meet with one of our counselors and design a plan that is best suited to fit your needs and busy schedules. When working with this approach, the belief is that mental health is a team effort and your family members are your teammates.
